“I recently closed on a house I sold in Rabun County. I was so pleased with Tambrie’s service every step of the way! She was helpful, available, positive, sincere, and so reassuring throughout the process. Her experience and guidance was just what I needed , and the outcome was so much better than I expected going in. Her office staff was very attentive and timely, and viewing and signing documents couldn’t have been easier. I highly recommend Tambrie and her team for a successful experience!”

“Tambrie was excellent in every aspect of helping us buy a new home. She took us to multiple homes in one day. She pointed out things we needed to be aware of in the homes and area. We felt that Tambrie had our backs throughout the process. No matter what issues arose, she and her staff dealt with it a timely, professional manner.”

Dillard

If you have been to Rabun County, you have likely heard of The Dillard House. The famous and historic Dillard House Inn and Restaurant is our landmark, with Rabun Manor and York House Inn as beautiful complements. The Dillard family settled the area in the late 1700s. They built a haven for travelers and residents that made life in the rugged mountains a little easier. Today, antique shops and restaurants line the streets of this warm community. Don’t miss the spectacular July 4th fireworks show that brings in many people from all over the county. The quiet community and homes here are typically older and have been remodeled or restored.
